The closet floor has been kilzed.

I may kilz it one more time before being done. The smell is mostly gone, but not completely. And since I haven't put the tile down yet (sheer laziness), I can still add another coat.

Out water leak isn't as bad as the original. Patrick said the meter is moving, but nowhere nearly as fast as before. And since the weather was to be warmer with a slim chance for rain, he had set aside yesterday and today to work on it.

And it rained almost all day both days.

But that's ok. It'll get fixed, even if it's not on our initial time frame.
